Payments and Cancellations
For one-day sits or single overnight (PM/AM):
Payment: Due 48 hours before commencement of sitting.
Cancellations:
- Cancelling more than 48 hours before a sit begins will incur no fees.
- Cancelling within 48 hours of the start of a sit is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
For multi-day sits:
Payment:
- Sits up to four days: Payment is due a week before commencement of cat sitting.
- For sits of five days or more: You will be invoiced 50% of sitting fees as a deposit when booking your catsit. The remaining 50% is due a week before commencement of sitting.
Cancellations:
- If cancelling more than 14 days before a sit, there are no cancellation fees and your initial deposit will be refunded.
- Cancelling 7-14 days before the start of a sit is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancelling within 7 days of the start of a sit is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
