Terms of Service

Payments and Cancellations

For one-day sits or single overnight sits (PM/AM):

Payment: Due 48 hours before commencement of sitting.

Cancellations:

  • Cancelling more than 48 hours before a sit begins will incur no fees.
  • Cancelling within 48 hours of the start of a sit is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

For multi-day sits:

Payment:

  • You will be invoiced 50% of sitting fees as a deposit when booking your catsit.
  • The remaining 50% is due 7 days before commencement of sitting.

Cancellations:

If cancelling more than 14 days before a sit, there are no cancellation fees and your initial deposit will be refunded.

Cancelling 7-14 days before the start of a sit is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancelling within 7 days of the start of a sit is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

General

For new clients, if you are booking an emergency sit as your first booking (less than 72 hours in advance), a one-time administration fee of £20 will be charged to schedule in your client setup time.
